This page describes the contents of the Custom Quiz Status page.

The Custom Quizzes You Completed section, shown in Fig 1, contains a list of the Custom Quizzes you completed. The number of Custom Quizzes you completed is shown in the circle to the right of Custom Quizzes You Completed in the section title.

• To view your results for a particular Custom Quiz, click on the icon in the Action column.
• To view additional information about a Custom Quiz in the table, click in the right-most column.

The Custom Quizzes You Are Taking section, shown in Fig 2, contains a list of the Custom Quizzes you started but still need to complete. The number of Custom Quizzes you are taking is shown in the circle to the right of Custom Quizzes You Are Taking in the section title.

• To resume taking a Custom Quiz, click on the icon in the Action column.

The Custom Quizzes You Can Take section, shown in Fig 3, contains a list of the Custom Quizzes you can take. The list includes all Public Custom Quizzes and Custom Quizzes shared with you by other users of The ECG Quiz. If you are a member of an Organization, Custom Quizzes created by your Organization Administrator will also be shown. The number of Custom Quizzes you can take is shown in the circle to the right of Custom Quizzes You Can Take in the section title.

• To start taking a Custom Quiz, click on the icon in the Action column.
• To opt out of a Custom Quiz, click on the icon in the Action column.

Before taking a Public or Shared Custom Quiz, you will be presented with an informational dialog that explains how your results on the Custom Quiz will be made available to you and other users. You must acknowledge and accept these conditions regarding the availability of your results before you can take the Custom Quiz.

The user interface for analyzing ECGs in a quiz is identical to the one used for analyzing random ECGs on The ECG Quiz site. The key difference is that you will only be able to view your results for the individual ECGs in the Custom Quiz after completing the Custom Quiz.

Some Custom Quizzes have set time limits. For these Custom Quizzes, a countdown timer will appear at the top of the page for each ECG. If you do not analyze all ECGs in a timed Custom Quiz before the timer expires, any ECGs that you do not analyze will be graded as if you did not provide any answers. Consequently, all correct answers will be counted as False Negatives when evaluating your overall performance on the Custom Quiz.

The total time taken to complete untimed Custom Quizzes is recorded for each Custom Quiz. Therefore, it is advisable to start and finish untimed Custom Quizzes in a single session, as users currently cannot pause and resume a Custom Quiz later.

Results from individual Custom Quizzes are kept separate from other Custom Quizzes, as well as from the Current and Archived Results of analyzing random ECGs on the site.

If you do not wish to participate in a Public or Shared Custom Quiz, you have the option to opt out. However, Organization Members cannot opt out of Organization Custom Quizzes.

After clicking the icon, a confirmation pop-up will appear, asking you to confirm that you want to opt out of the Custom Quiz. Opting out of a Custom Quiz will remove it from your list of available Custom Quizzes.

The Custom Quizzes You Created section, shown in Fig 4, contains a list of the Custom Quizzes you created. The number of Custom Quizzes you created is shown in the circle to the right of Custom Quizzes You Created in the section title.

• To edit a Custom Quiz you created, click on the icon in the Action column.
• To view a summary of the results of a Custom Quiz you created, click icon in the Action column.
• To create a new Custom Quiz, click on the New Custom Quiz button located in the upper right corner of the Custom Quizzes You Created section.

Your Custom Quiz Friends List section, shown in Fig 5, contains a list of the other users of The ECG Quiz from whom you want to receive invitations to take Shared Custom Quizzes. The number of other users (Custom Quiz Friends) you selected is shown in the circle to the right of Your Custom Quiz Friends List in the section title. The Custom Quiz Friend List allows you to add and remove those Subscribers and Organization Members that are allowed to share Custom Quizzes with you.

• To remove a user from Your Custom Quiz Friends List, click the icon in the Action column.

To add a user to Your Custom Quiz Friends List, select them in the drop-down menu at the top of the Your Custom Quiz Friends List section. The list is searchable by username. The drop-down menu is a multiple-selection list, allowing you to select multiple users. Once you have selected the users you want to add to Your Custom Quiz Friends List, click the Add Friends button. Additional help with Your Custom Quiz Friends List is available by clicking the Help button.

Please note the following when removing a friend from Your Custom Quiz Friend List:

• If you remove a friend who has shared a Custom Quiz with you that you have not started, you cannot take that Custom Quiz.
• If you remove a friend who has shared a Custom Quiz with you that you have started, you can complete that Custom Quiz.
• If you remove a friend who has shared a Custom Quiz with you that you have completed, you can view your results.
